FFP rules must allow for rich owners to come in and make a small club big like the Man City success story
But Chelsea can do that.
Burnley can't do that, that means if they want to be as big as Chelsea one day they have to do it "organically" over decades which is near impossible
Jack Walker's Blackburn or Abramovic's Chelsea - or indeed Mansour's city - simply couldn't happen now. Rules don't allow it.
