Same! Doesn't matter what I do (and I've tried) I sleep best between 1/2am and 9/10am. My kids are finally old enough that if my husband gets up I get a reasonable amount of sleep on one or two weekend days. Got a full 9hrs today, with 5 to 6hr throughout the week 😅
Mine just sorta keeps moving... From 1am to 5am until it gets to 7am, then I force myself to stay awake to fix it over a few days. Though ever since I got thyroid issues, its really wild and random now.
I know someone who reset his entire schedule based on a 28 hour day because that's his nature. His awake hours are part of his calendar and you can't schedule him, no matter how normal the time, if he's planning on being asleep then. Research professors at prestigious universities get perks!
