As one who lives directly on the Gulf of Mexico, this is intentional. It is NOT a distraction. By changing the name, it circumvents ALL of the drilling laws that protect us that live here.

Thank you for being aware there is a Constitution. The more we read that document and understand it, the better position we will be in. Fortunately it is a very short document. Easy to read in 30 minutes. Incredibly enlightening. For those who haven’t read it, I recommend it.
