I've been saying this all day, but for all their hatred of 'communism' these policies remind me of nothing so much as the Great Leap Forward in their determination to make reality bend to ideology.
Any military adventures beyond a Special Forces op are going to come to a screeching halt as this administration discovers that guys with guns are a tiny fraction of war, and most of it is the eggheads and logistics experts they have fired, purged, and unfunded.

It’s up to US to do what we can. That’s what I keep trying to say. And to search around for and follow the people wherever they are who are doing something about it however rare or non attention getting they are. That may mean thinking outside of Washington.
Trump may be to dumb to understand but the forces bankrolling him do. Chaos seems to be the strategy. It worked last time and they now realize almost half of the American public will buy literally anything.
