Small piece of trivia: my grandfather was good friends with Dorothy L Sayers, and she gave my mother her first cat, appropriately named Harriet. I'd love to see Lord Peter Wimsey on the telly, but who to play him?

In a fit of nostalgia I picked up some Lord Peter Wimsey stories from Dorothy L. Sayers.

Oh my goodness, they are SO GOOD. Why on earth are we on our umpty-billionth Sherlock Holmes adaptation when Lord Peter Death* Bredon Wimsey is right there?
