when he passes my plan is to foster dogs
i just want to give some poor pup a nice place to live until a forever home is available
if the dog has been at the shelter a long time i assume there are issues
I don't think it was the original poster's intention but it does sound like the post is shaming people who have had to re-home an animal.
And it's more than evident from the replies that those people who have in fact had to do that feel judged.
