It's hard to go wrong with classic strawberry, but any kind of berry will make my day. I also once had one that was flavoured like key lime pie that tasted like a divine visitation.
The Oreo cheesecake from Cheesecake Factory. I get it every time I'm on a work trip near the restaurants. It's so rich I can usually only eat half at a time.
I just love the classic. Although one time I made had a failed cheese cake that I tried to make with matcha powder. Instead of a cake it was a mousse. Probably one of the best things I've ever made though
I once made a triple chocolate cheesecake that weighed 5 pounds. I still don’t know how I accomplished it. Personally, I’m a classic cherry cheesecake fan, with a pumpkin thrown in for holidays (ginger snap crust only).
Those are elite choices I would say the exact same two flavors. Also if there’s ever an option for raspberry cheesecake ice cream/shake I will always take it
I camp with a bunch of folks every year & one of the elders we lost recently was known as Cheesecake Tom. Back in the day he converted an oven to run off propane & he would haul it down to camp. He would make cheesecake all night & you would hear this whisper through camp “Cheesecake”.
We now honor him by making cheesecake & bringing it with us. It’s not quite the same, but it’s still wonderful. I think my favorite is traditional NY style or lemon 💜
