pretty sure based on his writings such about counter revolution, and the second 2 volumes of Capital that Marx would argue that we’re seeing a shift in the dominant cliques within the bourgeoisie where tech sector VCs are taking power and money from legacy industries.

Tech is trying to take over the arms sector and already controls security. Together those two sectors = 20-25% of GNP. One thing Marx wouldn’t do is portray the Bourgeoisie as static and unified.

Also, capital can be divided on the question of how much they subsidize. This is an expenditure calculation. Key oligarchs may shift spending up a gear but regret it later.
