I've tried. Both my Democratic senators have stopped having staff answer the phone, and there's no option for voicemail even first thing in the morning at the DC offices. I call their district offices and leave vm, even though they say that's only for casework. Super frustrating.

Yes means they vote to proceed automatically to a vote and IT only takes 50 votes to pass CR. If it is a NO on cloture, filibuster rules require 60 votes for CR to pass.
That is why some Dems are BSing you. If they vote yes on Cloture they get to "claim" a NO vote on CR but it wont matter.
