My concern with this is then you are acknowledging receipt of the termination notice. Waiting to hear from my union on if I should respond this way or not respond at all. USFS fired probie whose probation was up 2/25.

If your profile has been wiped and your PIV card pulled, you probably are not getting access to employee express (e&l statements), eopf (federal records of service & performance docs), or USAperformance (performance evaluation records).

Your records are not being wiped - just your access to them thru the govt portal. You can speak directly with your Agency HR and have the records pulled for you. If that's what you have to do, do it fast because shortly afterwards termination, your records go to NARA. File with EEOC anyway.
