Yeah I ended up here and I'm so happy I did.
Only a few gripes about the platform but I assume that will shift in time.
So, most folks just chat it up and actually become social for once. Which is odd for "social" media lately. 😂
Also, being able to detatch your self from a quote-skeet helps prevent dunking.
When I site features people who hunt you down to attack your words, its a problem.

I dislike the anti-woke crowd that game created, but at the same time, a lot of the hate towards that game feels like people trying to spite that crowd. Nobody normal was hyping that game up to be anything crazy lol
it's a great game fundamentally but the wrong crowds both latched on to it AND despise it (including the industry they're very quiet in acknowledging its existence)
Cut the budget and make it a $30-40 game. That's what we really need...lower budgets.
It definitely feels like a AAA game, but one that knew what it wanted to be and didn’t bite off more than it could chew. It’s a prime $60 game.
The story is whatever but the feel of the combat and the general vibe of the game are really good, which are the most important things to me.
art design, sound design and even the UI design are better than what you'd typically get at a less than triple A title
the gameplay isn't very engaging to me but I could see how a jrpg fan could be swayed otherwise.

the huge difference between something like Newgrounds or Bluesky, compared to Twitter is what happens when you get paid for engagement.
