You're playing a casual commander game with a mono-red deck across the table.
Are you playing around Blood Moon?

Depends on the deck, though. I've been packing a lot more basics recently.
If my opponent told me pregame that they ran it, I'd reconsider playing at all. That type of card is indicative of a playstyle I don't enjoy, but if I continued I would choose my deck accordingly.
If my opponent is the sort of curr to play it without warning me, I would simply walk away.
If higher power with utility lands I might be more interested but I don't want to completely prevent someone from playing, just slow people a bit.
Seriously IMO the whole IRL world of MtG has been so heavily swayed by the content creators and cards they dislike, it’s all rather tiring
1) not good
2) not playing casual
3) not playing against me
That being said, it's a big rule zero omission if not discussed.
Yes. 😂
That said, unless I'm running four or more colors, I probably have enough basics for it not to matter much.
And then I’m pulling out my winning deck next game.
In high power casual, yes.
Blood Moon is one of those cards that sets a power band, IMO
I do appreciate Blood Moon memes though.
No I'm not worried
I’ve tested this with Back to Basics and we all have learnt our lesson 😅
