Mine was 2007 ~ I can't remember when I stuck it back around again. It's a different committee now ~ perhaps with a different, healthier outlook as well. Good luck! And don't be deterred by my glum recollections of an exceptional experience that ended up a little tarnished by bitter "officialdom".

Genuine question. When you were in Ireland, when did you give up on submitting any rarities you found? And what prompted your decision? I've taken my ball home a couple of times after bad calls by BBRC. Seeing initials in print felt like validation of the process I suppose. Now though...

I never bought into it. In Ireland it borders on a cult, like Brexit. 😂 I gave up 20 years ago when they started a smear campaign on me, but today it's just not possible to credit them with any competence. The entire system has very obviously failed. Disastrous stuff.
