It helps if you look at your phone until your eyes burn too much and close on their own and then when you wake up from accidentally falling asleep they’ll feel better
Dark mode, minimize/slow/do not track screen movement/elements on screen, frequently look away and focus on mid-range and distant features (not a jumpy TV screen across the room).
I’m not talking about aging vision changes. I’m talking about blurriness. Look away every 20 mins to 20 feet away and it helps with blurriness. Eye drops help too.
Eye strain can come from brightness. Setting it lower or using dark mode might help a little. Think it should be in the settings for Bluesky. Otherwise, the best remedy is always rest.
Had this same issue. Check your prescription, you may need an update.
I’m looking for a little projector that I can use instead of staring at the tiny screen of my phone all day.
My optometrist supplied me spectacles that have a special lining or something specifically designed for excessive gazing at my mobile phone. Cost an extra AUD$70. Maybe ask …..
I asked my eye doctor about this because I am perpetually either on my phone or the computer. I told him my eyes keep getting worse, and I asked if it was because of all my screen time.
