I would also love to see data on the difference between women with children vs those who don’t
In administrative roles, around 12% of the workforce, this may be true.
Most women work in lower paying traditional gender roles, they don’t complete with men.
The traditional gender roles done by women, if stopped would cripple a society.
why not make it illegal to discriminate based on education unless there is a bona fide occupational requirement?

I was unsurprised by the data because I’ve worked with in the trades for 20 years with many guys who never got diplomas and anecdotally it seems like their circumstances have gotten worse.
I'd love to see this data cross-referenced with number of children for female workers.
