These lawyers have picked the wrong judge to try to intimidate by claiming they “might” invoke the state secrets act. Judge Boasberg was the presiding judge of the FISA court, appointed by Chief Justice Roberts. He has strong national security chops.

UPDATE: Boasberg gives the government a day to decide whether it *actually* wants to invoke state secrets privilege, instead of just saying they might (while noting they never mentioned it before), rejecting their other claims. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...

Nothing happens. No judge has successfully held him to account for rampant lawlessness. They allow themselves to get played.
BTW … Roy Cohn would've despised Steven Miller.
knew he & his brother Tom at school👇🏼

But sometimes the mighty are brought down serendipitously, like Al Capone through tax evasion.

CJ Roberts 'mouthing' the words while granting immunity to MAGA Trump, a proven liar, fraud, and racist, showed quite an ability to turn a 'deaf ear' and a 'blind eye.'

Media and Roberts pathetically weak.
I am wondering why the Judge gave the government another day? This government is just trying to stall. Just like the convicted felon, they seem to be playing the justice system.
• get word to the Supreme Court that he will order the Attorney General to investigate each Justice — and their spouses— for tax evasion
• then tell them to follow their consciences and the law when ruling on his cases
Let’s see: Merrick Garland; Fani Willis; Jack Smith; Tanya Chutkan; Eileen Cannon; Lisa Monaco; Vanita Gupta, Letitia James, Juan Merchen, etc
All but Canon have achieved “nothing”
"In 2020, he was appointed to the United States Alien Terrorist Removal Court and designated chief judge. His term ended in 2025."
