I was an avid bookmarker on Xwitter
I don’t want the top of my feed to have 100 articles, comments or memes I want to reference in full sight ahead of anything I post.
I just want a bookmark.
Is that even a possibility?
I posted the PIN emoji under your post. Then I added the PIN Feed to “My Feeds” and now I’m able to see all of MY PINs that I posted by looking at the PIN Feed. It’s like a BookMark work around … because they don’t have one.
I’m still getting use to it.
Also, they’re running behind on implementing those feeds due to the heavy influx of new accounts so it may be a few days/weeks before the Pin Feed works for new users.

I had to add the 📌 feed to my feeds.
Just tested it & now it works.

I also had to hunt a bit to find the pin emoji, but that search seems to have made the pin into a standard auto-suggest now.
You have to subscribe to this feed (see next post in thread). Then the pushpin emoji functions as a quasi-bookmark when you use it as a reply to a post you want to save. 1/
i also saw a helpful tip from @mmasnick.bsky.social i think to put a keyword in your post with the in so you can easily see what each pin is…so like this:
That’s actually much better than the bookmark feature at the old place. I used to bookmark stuff but never went back to look at it. Having it in a feed is super convenient.
I'm declaring this Best Reply, and adding to it that one should probably avoid using the pushpin emoji in any other context on Bluesky because muting that emoji as a "word" will become very popular, if it isn't already.
Yeah, good insight—my first thought when I started reading this thread was “so can I mute an emoji?” My Twitter/x feed was a wasteland of bookmarking junk replies, at least without aggressive muting.
