Haha, no way we match that, but Oslo can boast a small contribution: The nearest neighbour to the Russian embassy is The Norwegian Academy of Science and Letters. And they have been flying the Ukrainian flag since the full scale invation. (Not sure if they still do, but they did for a long time.)
