Seeing claims about the judge "hiding" the defendant. Read the complaint, folks (written by DOJ). The guy was literally in the public area where the agents were. I guess he got on an elevator before they could get to him. The complaint says after letting the defendant exit she came back to the bench

Got to wonder if there was guidance from higher ups to look for opportunities to ensnare people for "aiding and abetting" or whatever bullshit, and these agents took it to the limit.

He hadn’t been clocked as a fed—by the lawyer who took photos of them—so stayed incognito during the meetings with the Chief Judge, etc. He was in retreat, not just strategic. He rode the elevator with the subject, notifying the baying pack upstairs: let them do the keystone chase. Sand in gears?
