The worst part is I use up what little working memory I have trying to remember vaguely what the number is so I know if it’s gone up and I need to check my email.
There was an article in The Guardian the other week that was like “ADHD and generalised anxiety can cancel one another out in a way helpful for people suffering from both” and my inbox is very much a testament to the fact that the conditions just multiply one another 😅😅😅
Being diagnosed with ADHD in your early 40s leads to a lot of “well this could’ve all been prevented if someone had noticed this earlier” moments and my inbox is one of them.
