The *uZZian way: if you want people to do as you tell them, give someone with the sword of Damocles above his/her head a position near to you. They’ll remember. All of the time they’ll remember.
I would expect this always. I believe trump set matt gaetz up. He knows either way gaetz is gone. Set him up knowing there is a great chance the Senate won't confirm him. He could become an advisor to trump. All these Republicans moving from their jobs. Special elections time.
He has a JD and I think he passed the bar so technically yes. I don’t think he ever actually practiced law, but his lack of legal qualifications is the least of my concerns with this vile human.
Should have just stayed with his off-brand roto-rooter company. Anyone remember the pic of him cowering during Jan 6th, before talking about how big and bad and brave he was?
I feel like having a draft of "Christ, what an asshole" is appropriate, but I don't wish to commit that much time and energy on all of them and their ilk.
I find it blindingly bizarre that we live in a world so heavily documented and everyone "keeps receipts", yet no one is ever held accountable for contradicting themselves over sensitive topics such as this.
Well, at least in terms of governance, I think elections were supposed to serve that function. Instead, they've morphed into self-affirming, facade building exercises.
Howard Dean yelled kinda funny once and was laughed out of the presidential race. How did the GOP become impervious to the consequences of spewing the most vile rhetoric? How did half my country just become evil at worst and ignorantly complicit at best in less than a decade? I just don't get it.
I don't think we're any more evil or ignorant than we've always been. We just no longer feel the need to hide them from view anymore. Once we shed our conscience, all sorts of depravity and ignorance become normalized.
Of course there are no spines among the current Repubs. Any independent thought, any coloring outside Cheeto's cartoony lines is punishable by excommunication.
They see his star in the ascendant and they cower and wet themselves submissively attempting to curry favor.
As anticipated. These guys are an advertisement for why political violence might be on the horizon. I just don’t see MAGA voters not going after their own, once they realize they’ve been played.
You can blame it on the moment the screenshot was taken, but its almost as if the universe is showing us that he can't even look at the camera. He *knows* but there's mayor shriveling going on
Let’s take a moment to enjoy the fact that men like Mullin, who portrayed themselves as Alpha MAGA Machos, have effectively been castrated; they’ve become subservient little lap dogs.
I truly hope some R-women in the senate have the courage to say no. Lisa Murkowski, Susan Collins, Joni Ernst, Shelley Moore Capito-this is your moment. R-men we need you too.
My deepest hope is that they all get what they deserve…complete control only to create such a phenomenal fecal quagmire that their stink lasts generations.
It feels like I'm running out of adjectives like despicable, awful, insane, deplorable, ridiculous, etc. If anything, the Trump administration is going to get me to improve my vocabulary further. Ugh!

Ah, for a moment, the world was a fraction of an iota less dumb.
Unfuqinbelievable.
