That's my point. Badenoch wasn't charged (or prosecuted). So, as much as she admits to having done it, it's not the same as Haigh's situation (where she was given a discharge, i.e. was charged and prosecuted). I'm not a fan of Badenoch's by any means, but at least we should be accurate about this.
