In December 2018, Badenoch said in the Commons: “I especially thank the Home Secretary [Sajid Javid] for removing the annual limits on work visas and on international students - I lobbied for both
They can say what they please.....in today's environment, minus saying "We'd just like people in warzones to chill and get bombed quietly". Immigration targets are meaningless. Both parties know it too.....
Between the governments of today and the media, i don't know what is worse. They just refuse to acknowledge the fact that misery and greed are bedfellows.
And they roll in two's with the rich. It's morally repugnant....
It's a cunning plan. Currently, the only comparison is the previous Tory government. But if Stammer were to set a target, then that would be the measure, and we would forget the Torys failure.
And leading a party which consistently increased the numerical cap ('tens of thousands') each time it became clear their policies were a disastrous failure.
Which migrants do they not want? Foreign students? Unis will close. Seasonal migrants? fruit/veg will rot. High-skilled migrants We lose our competitive advantage. Care workers? Who’ll care for your parents? What number would be acceptable? On what basis has she based her own number on? Just stupid.
This is the problem....people are fine with migrants doing all these jobs and everything running well but dont want to actually see any of them any time they leave the house.

Because they like crapping on about the government not doing something. But never once is the drive to war ever challenged. To hell with that.
They ain't got no clue either.

She thinks numerical is something Keir has introduced instead of the old merical the Tories liked.
They surely won’t get caught in the same trap.
