Biggest question I have about this movie is whether it’s totally set in the current day, but that’s probably because Corenswet and Brosnahan have such a throwback “His Girl Friday” vibe.
Hey James! Curious again if it’s not too spoiler-y… will Superman have different suits throughout his appearance/ in the DCU or will he stick to one suit? Or even different suits in Superman: Legacy?
I can't wait to see what you do with this guy. The fact that Clark & Lois have been cast at the same time is such a great sign. This may be looking too far ahead in your plans for the DCU, but is there room for the Legion in your Superman's future (or past)?
I got to work briefly with Christopher Reeve a few years back on an MOW. A couple of years before his accident. He was kind and generous with other actors, but very focused and intense when the close-up cameras rolled (that was back when we still used real film!)
At this point in time, would you be open to casting an actor above 40 for Batman? Would it be important for you at all for the Batman actor to be the same age as David Corenswet? 👀
I’m excited to see what you do with this. I’ve been a fan of your work since seeing a midnight screening of Tromeo and Juliet circa 97 at the Enzian theater when I lived in Orlando, FL.
Are Grant Morrison and Frank Quitely involved in any capacity, even if it's just a ceremonial consultation? I've always wanted to see their vision of superheroes interpreted on the big screen in some way.
James, could we possibly get some of the alternate endings of THE FLASH on home release? I'd love to see some of the original, more hopeful, optimistic fates for certain characters. Thank you, and I'm looking forward to the DCU!
The absolute greatest comic creation ever, and at a time when we needed him the most - here on earth in the present where real problems existed vs. outer space and/or the future
Love this! If you’re planning for the longer term and a series of films, please consider the legacy of World’s Finest as inspiration for a future film.
No his parents were murdered in a mugging gone wrong and then he was shipwrecked on an island in the North China Sea where he found a mysterious green ring
Fact: Martha and Jonathan died because they made Superboy being them back in time to find treasure and they caught an incurable plague by eating fruit.
Those doctors are very brave or very committed to malpractice to diagnose two people in Kansas with a disease that hasn't been seen in a century originating in another region. And all that from a housecall and a physical exam?
I'm excited to see this mainly because other than the CWs Superman and Lois, I find Superman hard to like. But this man made me care for a Raccoon so I have faith.
Hear me out! Ludwig Göransson making the Superman Legacy OST! He did something great respecting Bill Conti original feeling but creating something as powerful as in Creed. His work in Black Panther and Mandalorian is astonishing too https://youtu.be/gr3eH_2o6Lc
Is there is something to be said for having the same actor play the same character in multiple movies. I think for some people it makes a connection. It's worked for Marvel.

I feel like the previous films skimped on lightbulbs. A lot.
But I guess in reality, gotta wait the 2ish years.
Better get reading on that DC Universe Infinite app!
Just wondering. What your opinion on Brandon Rouths Superman ?
I don't need to see Superman/Batman/Spiderman's origin stories ever again at this point.
I understand including it for new generations once and awhile, but it happens way too often.
hate that Cavill and Gadot are gone now, they were the only reason why i bothered with DC movies.
I miss Starhawk
I love that comic!!

Seriously, even if you never watch another super hero movie again, PLEASE read All-Star Superman.
I don’t know how the chihuahua scene can be topped though 😄
