And on a much larger scale. Basically every non-security civilian discretionary agency should get 2-3x+ more funding, those keeping white collar criminals and capital in line 5x+. IRS, FTC, SEC, DOL, NLRB, DOJ Civil Rights and Antitrust, OSHA, EEOC should have Pentagon-level capacity.

They already have unlimited legal resources, job protections, and immunity, so therein lies the problem when they present constitutional problems themselves or violate people's rights. It's hard to sue the government.

Bicameral legislatures suck, because they don’t serve the function they were supposed to in the first place.

Expanded House with multi-member districts (not perfect, but much easier to implement than the alternatives)
