*lots of dem senators.
He might retaliate against those perceived as adversaries of Trump.
His past proposals to reshape FBI focus away from national security work have led to doubts about his ability to uphold its law enforcement mission.
1) he would get everything he wanted done.
2) Democrats would just pretend to fight but in reality it's still a political game to them. It doesn't matter if the house is on fire, they have to protect the status quo.
they'll still pretend to be good guys; they want to keep that donation money rolling in, but they are all-in on God-King Trump
and tut-tutting against everyone who says, rightly, "America has no kings"
they know if they blitzkrieg us with the new reality we will have no choice but to accept it, history be damned
Instead, they said "if we fast track the kinda bad ones, the Republicans will magically become bipartisan about rejecting the really bad ones!"
This ends one of two ways.
One, that principled Republicans would say no;
and two, that Democrats would pose an actually effective resistance.
Voters, now: DO SOMETHING, DEMOCRATS!!!
dems don't have the majority cause voters didn't turn out in November
that's why we have trump
Make Republicans angry, make them react.
Only Gaetz threw the towel.
