anyone who has ever believed these rich tech billionaires were ever “liberal” are missing the fact that they don’t have principles or beliefs they care only about profitability. a decade ago being “liberal” was profitable, now being conservative is profitable

I'm at a loss for how people figure rich people in the capitalist country are anything but capitalists, but I know it's true. i see conservatives complain about liberal elites all the time.
The trouble is the fascists always slip the leash.
My frustration the past decade has been that we've had to shelve the cultural fight against neoliberalism to deal with Fascists, who are now unwittingly defending neoliberals.
