And how much did the US earn from selling liquefied gas to Europe? How much do and, above all, will American companies earn in Ukraine? Much more. Not to mention the geostrategic benefits. Who are the fools?
Weird That He's A Alabama Senator But Lives In Florida Is That Even Legal? And That Stupid Im The All American Guy Tossing A Football Picture(Think Im Gonna Puke) He Need To Get Some New Material Or Just Retire
This comes from the same man who didn't understand the 3 branches of government when first elected. I'm not surprised. I'm embarrassed for those of us who know better
Keep in mind this is also the man who held up his own military promotions over service members being able to travel for abortions. He's malicious and dumb.
It is really getting hard to find the bottom of stupidity in the maga party. And half the nation think they will help them for the next 4 years. Someone really needs to make list of these clowns and who is fighting for the honor of the dumbest elected maga.
Because Jo is a political commentator and that's an official post from an elected senator. If you want to deactivate your X account go for it, but to ignore any and all posts on X from those in government is a great way to lose sight on how bad things are.
What an idiot. Isn't he the one who has about half a dozen siblings who said not to vote for him? (Not to confuse him with RFK, Jr who has about half a hundred siblings who also said not to vote for him.)
I wish I wasn't slapped in the face constantly with more reasons to be embarrassed to be from this state. It's truly one of the most geographically beautiful places in the world and there are good people here, but fuck...
I find it hard to figure out is he just a dumb fu*k or if he works for putin. He is clueless, the US sends very little money to UA, but sends weapons. The US actually benefits from not having to pay someone to dispose of expiring weapons & it helps the US arms industry to support US jobs.
I don't think they realize we are sending our old almost past it use by date arms and ammunition to Ukraine which means we get fresh new stuff that's made here and helps the entire US 😉 😏
💯
To put things in perspective, the 2017 Trump-GOP tax law slashed the corp. tax rate from 35% to 21%—the lowest top rate in 80 yrs & a lower marginal rate than a worker making $45,000 a year pays. This corporate-rate cut will cost $1.3 TRILLION in lost revenue over 10 yrs.
The US has given the Ukraine military aid equivalent to 2.3% of the US annual military budget of $916,000,000,000. That’s 0.37% of the total US Federal budget (one third of a penny per dollar) to fight the illegal invasion of an allied western democracy without putting a single boot on the ground.
Except a very good portion of the funds "sent to Ukraine" are actually paying companies in the US to manufacture weapons to send to Ukraine. A lot of the money has actually stayed here.
Right - couldn’t fit that in my reply, which is why I typed “given military aid equivalent to…” because the aid is purchased before it is given, and the majority if US military equipment is sourced from US companies. That’s not an exception to my point, but an addition! 🙂
Another point is that whatever the amount really is, most of it stays in the US by employing defense contractors to make the weapons. So we are employing our own people.
I was going to post this, but you beat me to it. Money for Ukraine is not us writing them a check.. we give them weapons we already have (mostly surplus), then spend that money in America buying new stuff to replace it. It's a win-win, even if we spend too much on defense overall.
Agree! That’s one thing we can count on with conservatives. The dumbshit bench is deep, deep, deep. Think this guy, Louis Gohmert, John Kennedy, James Comer and on and on and on. They even fool themselves with their stupidity
Douglas Adams?

I hope someone is investigating how much each Red State is earning from Russia’s invasion. The US gives little money but huge amounts of munitions which are being replaced at great cost in factories in Red States (and Blue of course but the point is to educate Alabama’s Senator)
If Tommy Tubbs was a Senator in the 1930's, he'd work in a Swastika'd jacket.
Ukraine should be the major issue DJT's 1st week in Office.
There's still a few GOP Senators with a healthy dislike for Putin, including SOS designee Rubio.
Will they roll over with Helsinki Trump, or protect Ukraine?

For starters:
In 2022 undocumented immigrants paid some $96.7 billion in federal, state, & local taxes—the majority of which went to the federal govt., all while being ineligible for most federal benefits.
