OMG....I was thinking the same thing last night!!! Also thinking about the show The Americans, where two married KGB spies are deeply implanted in the DC suburbs and have two kids that don't know their parents, who are travel agents, are spies. Also, Kevin Costner's No Way Out. Unsettling and scary!
I feel less guilty seeing this because I was thinking about this so hard all day yesterday. I mean, Doug Collins is no Keifer, but still - wouldn't it have been an improvement?
One aspect of that show annoyed me. And no, it isn't the politics. Sutherland's character is clearly an urban planner. He was head of HUD. His hobbies were characteristic of planners. And then in one episode they call him an architect.🤦🏽♂️ Hollywood is so unoriginal.
OMG- we were watching the season finale of Rabbithole ( which is also scary similar to what going on now) and all I could think of was that Kiefer Sutherland series.
Then we turn on the idiot in chief.
Vance is looking at Trump, calculating when to trigger the 25th Amendment. Johnson staring into space with the sad knowledge that he can't compete against Vance's techbro money and kleptocratic power grab.

…who is it this year?
If we only had a president like Tom Kirkman.
