Yes, it is odd, but there's no reason to use something as ambiguous as support for Ukraine. We know what Trump did as President: increase drone strikes, rent out the military, asassinate foreign officers, refuse to end the old wars, and veto an attempt to STOP feeding the war in Yemen.
