Standardized test results yes, especially looking at whether there's a spike in scores down at the bottom. Olympic times etc have selection bias, so unless 100% of people are affected it might not show up there. Possibly trajectories of individual athletes though?

This is something that I’m very mindful of. The number of narrow misses for me have increased exponentially. I now always wait to go through a traffic light and am wary of side streets, where drivers don’t check their surroundings.

I think you might want to look at some more specific vehicle statistics like single vehicle accidents, tickets issued for running red lights, and road rage incidents (particularly ones including fatalities). 481 people shot in ‘23 vs. 543 in ‘22”

So a drop from ‘22 to ‘23 but 1/3 of those shot between ‘14-‘23 were just in ‘22-‘23.

In my opinion, look for behavioural signs of brain injury: depression, conflict, anxiety, personality are the obvious ones. Impulse control in spending habits (dept), concentration in ability to work, burnout, exhaustion (can’t keep up) . Wars (poor thinking) substance abuse. And so on.

In particular I'm looking for the statistical trends. The people who got us here dismiss a lot of individual harms by saying they are rare, or don't count because they only happen to some "other" we supposedly don't care about. Documenting the big picture trends is part of pushing back on that.
