oh hey does anybody want an anti-doomscrolling tip for the middle of the night? I'm not gonna tell you not to keep your phone under your pillow. but download the Twilight app and make your screen nice and warm and dark. it helps

I actually downloaded it a week before I saw this! Yeah, it works well. Hampering the amount of blue light your eyes are exposed to by using a filter :) It should help with going to sleep more easily when you've been on your phone all night.
On iOS folks should use night shift and then go to settings > accessibility > display & text size, scroll down and enable Reduce White Point, and adjust as needed.
