Coffman, Gardner, and possibly now Evans: keep a low profile, vote how leadership tells you, lose your seat as a result. But the rich will get their tax cut, because Republicans are the one party with a coherent governing vision and the discipline and willingness to use and lose power to achieve it.

In 2021 The American Rescue Act (passed with a 5 seat majority, 50-50 Senate) had awesome medicaid subsidies that drastically reduced the cost of healthcare.
But that isn’t what poasters want.
But when Ted Kennedy's vacant seat was lost to Scott Brown (R-MA), that closed the door for good.
It can only be some combination of the three.
