Got kicked out of the navy and given 1 year in prison - Marshalsea in London.

That's an interesting maritime crime case! I didn't have embezzling gunpowder on my list. Usually petty thefts, yes. Murder, yes. Insolence to officers, yet. But gunpowder? Glad to see you're back in the archive!
