Hopefully one of the attorneys will file a complaint with the bar wherever she is licensed to have the matter reviewed. You might also want to mention that Rule 11 REQUIRES us to only sign pleadings we believe are brought in good faith. Signing something by force as a lawyer that you don’t believe is brought in good faith is a violation of the federal rules of procedure and could result in sanctions.

My mom did. Version of that when a doctor gave her a bad order for pt care. She kept a notebook of orders (by pt #/rm/date) and wrote on back of chart page. Docs learned not to cross her. She was very good at her job. Other nurses wld ask her to witness.

The states are not "regulating" immigration or prohibiting enforcement. They do not have a constitutional obligation to help the federal government enforce their laws. They also do not have to impound state and local funds to assist them. She's going to lose. Texas regulates immigration.

As a lawyer, I believe this memo is unethical in its face and subject to disciplinary action by the Florida Bar Association. As a lawyer, we are bound by the Rules of Professional Conduct which explicitly state we are not engage in actions we believe to be illegal or unethical.
