Also, you can hide someone's comment on your posts from ALL views permanently (do so before blocking).

On Quora a troll´d commented something like "Why does this sh** appear in my newsfeed? Go away from Quora", what´s the benefit of bullying/trolling users like me ONE TIME, knowing I´ll block such trolls and they can never do that again??? Sick trolls.

Yup, yesterday I just blocked 1 person on X who´d called me mentally sick because I use a free antivirus program on my laptop instead of Windows Defender after my very first PC´s drive system (XP)´d been destroyed by a virus in 11/13 because I´d relied on the defender. And I blocked a Quora troll.

No matter how politely I explain my good faith position that although Netanyahu is a Trump-style fascist bully who should step down, Israel was entitled to respond to a terrorist attack by eliminating the terrorist group behind it, people will block me on here for expressing that opinion.

Alt text is a description of an image so someone who’s blind or otherwise unable to get the content of a pic by looking at it can understand it. Bluesky adds an alt text field when you upload, and there’s even a “require alt text” setting, which I find very effective.
