I certainly encourage everyone who wants to march to go out and do so. I am in the "I will send money" era of my protesting, but money is also needed, so there is that.

It's getting in the street and sitting down.
And white women over 50--we should be the most visible.
It's a very different visual bashing white grammas' heads than young people / POC.
OUR DEMO elected them. WE need to FIX IT
Not everyone is going to go out and fight.
Some need to provide relief, some need to tell stories, and some need to fund.
There’s no job more or less important in this fight for freedom.
Everyone approaches & handles circumstances differently, bless those that had never been in another's shoes. 4 myself, I only know had it not been 4 peaceful boycott, marches, blood sweat & tears.

Another way to support the protest is offering rides to and from the protest site.
If you cannot do the physical part of protest, take a pot of coffee, tea or hot cocoa to share.
Everyone can be heard even if you can't be there
It's so hard to be stuck at home when one's spirit wants to scream at the world - in person.
