2) Progressive Activists have a tendency to impose purity tests on who they'll campaign with. 67% would not campaign with someone who voted Reform, 46% with someone who voted Tory, 40% with an evangelical Christian. In doing so would be allies are excluded meaning a smaller tent

It is such a weird, meaningless exercise. The nominal centre-left just won a parliamentary landslide. Whatever the polls say today, they have until 2029 to do something about it. And still they waste their time coming up with retroactive self-justification for throwing the left under the bus.

I do think, to go back to the original graph a second, it's notable that the most ambivalent response is over "working for a fossil fuel company" whereas all the other untouchable beliefs are from those who, quite clearly, aren't going to support an Activists interests.

Yeah, I guess it depends on your definition of ‘progressive’ but PR is something you could see e.g. Green and Reform activists having a similar view on, and being on the same side of a formal campaign on.
