Reminds me of an old twilight zone episode.
The devil wouldn’t let the dog down the path so his owner said he would walk on the other path.
The old man ran into Saint Peter and he said animals know who is evil, & yes, Rip, is welcome here.
He never could convince me that animals don’t have souls.
I wasn't Catholic, so they picked on me quite a bit. I was frequently sent to the office for questioning 'dog'ma. (😳)
"Heaven is the sight of God", she said.
"But I want to see my dog!"
"No, you won't."
"Then I won't go!"
"Go to the principal's office!!"
