Meeting with the LGBTQ+ representatives is also interesting. Streeting is mentioned only as discussing LGBTQ+ policy matters but it's Gillian Merron who is explicitly mentioned as discussing healthcare and implementation of the Cass Review. She does not meet the anti trans orgs. Only Streeting does.

That they aren't all together clearly isn't an issue of size (so many more in group 1), so they are being separated for other reasons. As you said, the first group won't get to all what was discussed with the latter group (and might not even be aware of the meeting with 2nd group)
