All right. Anybody having a bad day at work is now interfering with my treat.
You get to pat my head scratch my chin and call me "good boy". Now hurry up with the damn pup cup!
Right?! My dog canโt even get to the front seat because heโs tethered and in his sling, and the back windows are down just far enough for him to get his nose out; not even his whole head.
Yes. A long time ago I was in an accident with my 12 week old puppy and he ended up under my feet and the pedals. Everyone is restrained in the car since then, regardless of species. I grew up riding in open truck beds with dogsโฆwe can learn!
I cannotbtake little dude pictured for a pup cup. His eyeballs almost pop out of his head. The. I see it, and my eyes do the same thing and we have to sit in the parking lot until I can see straight again.
I love my dogs to life, but I agree! And now they have to close to sanitize everything before health inspectors come. (Iโll be the one to call the health department ๐).
What you let your dogs do at home is your business, but when it impacts food spaces in public places, nope!
Yesโฆand if that dogโs dander gets into another customerโs order and that customer is allergic to dogs, itโs now gone from a sanitation issue to a health issue. Maybe even employees are allergic to dogs.
Unfortunately, I saw a car driving down the road yesterday where the dog was half out the window - like one of his front paws were resting on the outside of the car door!
Hopefully nothing happened to that poor doggy, but you know the owner will not stop it until there is an incident. ๐ฅ๐ข
Doubt the dogโs human planned this so maybe ease up a little. Lifeโs too short to stress over an innocent animal being semi-naughty while looking for their treat.
Except for all the employees going โawww puppyโ and are petting him while working around food..
The dog hair. The dander, the odor (dogs stink, especially big ones like that), heโs probably sniffing everything. All the lids and straws kept over by the window need tossed too.
Goodness you are making such negative assumptions about what may have happened based on what evidence? I only saw a snapshot of a sweet dog looking for a treat and you go immediately to dog hair, dander and bad smells! Hope you feel better soon and have a wonderful life.
Life in a wheelchair isnโt always easy, but Iโm determined to keep moving forward. Iโm fundraising for an enclosed mobility scooter to stay active, independent, and connected. Every bit of help counts. Your kindness fuels my journey. Details on my GoFundMe. A share or gift. https://gofund.me/0af928df
My German Shepherd is a fast learner. A couple of weeks ago he was afraid to activate the automatic door at our Ace Hardware. Now he activates it, walks up to the check out stand and demands his milk bone by blocking the exit from the counter area with wagging tail until receipt of his treat.
He knows that's the point of the checkout counter anyway. Helping the cashier fulfill their life's purpose too. Please tell him he's a Motivational Guru and should have his own podcast.
He may be closer to having his own podcast than one might think. A trainer told me I he would not be smart enough to get the difference between "Speak", a loud bark, and "Whisper"
a low vocalization. He does it regularly now. All we have to work on is vocabulary. This dog is smart!
The trainer was new at their job? We had a dog who could whisper and speak, too. He was a Doberman. You've seen those buttons that let dogs communicate, right? They are smarter than we think, and they've learned English (or any other human language) even if they can't vocalize.

Animals should be restrained in vehicles.

โGood Dogโ
Also, human customers care a lot and matter quite a bit more to the restaurant than a dog.

Irresponsible
That small act of kindness sure makes sick people smile! ๐ฅฐ
