If I was trying to make up some plausible missing episode rumours, avoiding the obvious big episodes, that's exactly sort of list I'd dream up.
Of course, I'd still love it to be true. 5 more Zoe episodes!
No episode of season 6 has ever been recovered AFAIK which makes Space Pirates extra unlikely.

That was a home recording on a purpose built videotape machine. Irony in the one Troughton home recording being a surviving episode AND one that's master is a 35mm telerecording negative.

It’s also worth pointing out that a few years ago, the person concerned also believed that the material from the 1982 BBC Christmas tape of Davison larking around on the Captain Zep set was from 13 minutes of material that had been shot for an abandoned fifth Doctor story.
