I showed this clip to my brother and he thinks that Trump is mentioning the supposed rigging in 2020, where he lost, but that he Now gets to be president and during the 2026, 2028 Olympics.

Him and I also saw it as him admitting he rigged the election.

I really think it could be taken either way.
