My two cents: Collab never worked for me because different people use different apps for managing to-dos. I gave up on using other tools just because they allow for collab.
Do you already have people around you already using Things? (Genuine question because I know maybe one person other than me.)
My family will use it.
I have plenty of ideas on how we could use it if sharing of tasks and lists would be possible.
However, more and more apps offer features that I need or that I would like to have for meaningful collaboration, so Things is now increasingly taking a back seat.
I think Things just don’t want to become another tool for project management, where you have assignees and their deadlines, and then you need to have some Gantt charts and so on.
On the next version. Please make it so that you can have a Things for personal.
And a separate Things section for work!!!!!

Got Things 2 for free all those years ago and that convinced me to buy Things 3. And now i am a regular user
