When I worked as a TV freelancer 30 years ago 😱 misogyny and sexual harassment was just as rife then as it is now. If I encountered it, I complained - either to my Union or to HR and the issues were acted on. That was before NDAs which now shut people up with fear of legal reprisals!

Fair enough. But even if you did miss them first time round, I’d advise you to talk to some women about why we don’t complain/report sexual harassment. It should be easy to find some as I don’t know any women who’ve not experienced it at some point.

I reported sexual harassment at work when I was 19. I was guilted into dropping it because I was the 3rd woman to complain, and he would lose his job this time. How would he provide for his wife and children? 3 days later, I was sacked.
