Approximately 89% of Maine's land area is forested. forests make poor tank county. Armored vehicles are not as "off road" as people think - fighting in forests is about as bad as urban combat. Our tanks forces have trained since WW2 for ground combat in northern europe and the middle east.

What I've learned from a quick read of this: the govt in its breathtaking arrogance thought it could freeze funding just by snapping its fingers. All procedural steps required by law were simply ignored. That's the reason for the ruling. If Trump calls it a political verdict, he's lying to you.
