Tsunuki, Japan, depending on aging and yeast strategy a few days or up to a week.
It truly depends on what yeast and malt type you use and if it's meant for long or short time aging.
We passed the three year mark in September. Aiming for next June on the first release. 🥃🌾
The most notable fermentation times are Glenallachie with up to 160 hours, Glen Scotia partially 140 hours, Loch Lomond 92-160 hours, Scapa at 160 hours, Tomatin at 140+, Ballindalloch with mostly 140, Burnobennie at 168, and Holyrood is experimenting with 300+ hour fermentations.
Plus Torabhaig goes up to 120 hours as well.
