Behind closed doors in rooms filled with cocaine and disco balls. If you havenβt seen the recent film, The Apprentice, it gives an interesting perspective on the ππ€‘
Remember when crazy rich guys with tertiary stages of untreated siphyllis just lived in penthouses in Vegas and not off our dime in the fucking White House?
These billionaires have acted without consequence in broad daylight, and we now see them for who they really are.
Our true power is that we have the freedom to spend money on whatever we want. Letβs punish these companies and bad actors who support fascism and boycott them into bankruptcy.
Soon Muskrat will look like that. Kinda did at CPAC with that stupid chainsaw the president of Argentina gave him. Why was that guy there? Shouldnβt be worried about his countries inflation thatβs like 100% daily??
I worked at Carnegie Mellon in Pittsburgh and read a lot about the Carnegie side of the story. I don't have the quote at hand but later in life Carnegie said that the working man should take more time to appreciate the finer things in life. As if the folks in Braddock had extra time.
Former NASA astronaut Garrett Reisman (who consults for space x) once made that comparison about musk and Howard Hughes. He then tried to walk it back. I wonder if he feels different now. I think he was on to something.
I DO miss the old billionaires. They used to fund libraries, museums, and causes that actually helped the poors. π Now, they are honest about wanting to murder us all.πββ¬οΈ
Yep. Now they are running our country. Rich Dudes with chips in their head and robotic tendencies are allowed to ruin the lives of ordinary people. Republicans sitting back watching this devastation as if it isnβt happening. Dangerous times.
Hughes wasnβt even a billionaire ) unless you translate his wealth to modern day money).
And we donβt KNOW that Elon & Thiel et al. donβt save their fingernail clippings & excreta in jars. They look like the type that would, donβt they?
Well guess what, you made me laugh right out loud again, so, congratulations ππ you get my daily lol moment. Btw where the hell did you find that picture of Howard Hughes? It is right ?
That's a romanticized view, billionaires have always wielded significant influence and often used their wealth to shape policy and public opinion to their advantage.
