"No debate" in the context of trans women being women is to state that the human rights and dignity of trans people are not up for debate. The injustices we are currently seeing are a direct result of trans people's human rights being up for debate.
Tolerance and kindness require both parties to act. When one decides not to be tolerant or kind, others no longer have a similar social obligation to tolerate the bigot.
