Judge Alsup "rejects" the government's attempt to use "press releases" to say that agencies made these decisions with no direction from OPM.
The TRO will be extended. Additionally, the VA must offer reinstatement to all fired probationary employees. Terminations were "unlawful," court finds.

*But* the judge said he wouldn't rule out the possibility that he could order reinstatement with respect to other agencies in the future.
Maybe when I watch the movie of {gestures wildly} this I'll be able to figure out what the hell (really) happened
When they don't comply, the only good thing that may come out of it is Americans waking up to the fact dictators (plural) are now ruling from the White House.

I assume Judge Alsup is also a member of WITAOD? Your movement is clearly gaining judicial clout. How many in total? Does a judge need to be overseeing a direct DOGE case, or can overseeing tangentially related cases count towards membership?
Been thinking this for a while now.
However, President Musk/Trump does NOT have the authority to hire or fire these people, as that is supposed to be under the Jurisdiction of Congress.
CALL YOUR REPS AND SENATORS!!!
He'd have a stroke and then the problem would be partially solved.
So is it fake news or valid news for legal proceeding?
